Scientific Leadership
Micellar Cosmetics™ was founded by cosmetic and organic chemist Wayne Plant, whose background spans chemistry, biological sciences, formulation research and commercial management.
His work in colloidal formulation systems and challenging cosmetic actives led to the development of Green Micellar™ and the formulation approach that now underpins Micellar Cosmetics™ and Micellar Labs™.
Today, that scientific foundation is combined with a disciplined approach to business strategy, product development and commercialisation.
