Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which we make products and Services available to you.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right, guarantee, remedy or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where information on the website differs from the information appearing on the product supplied to you, the current product packaging should generally be treated as the most up-to-date product information.

SECTION 3 — COSMETIC PRODUCT USE
Micellar Cosmetics™ products are cosmetic products intended for use in accordance with the directions supplied with each product.
You should read and follow all product directions, warnings and ingredient information before use.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are intended for external cosmetic use and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Individual skin, scalp and hair responses can vary. Product performance and cosmetic results therefore vary between individuals.
Customer testimonials, photographs, before-and-after images and reported experiences describe individual customer experiences. They do not constitute guarantees that another customer will achieve the same or similar result.
If irritation, sensitivity or another unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use as appropriate and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where necessary.
If you have a known allergy, medical condition or particular concern about whether an ingredient or product is appropriate for you, you should obtain suitable professional advice before use.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that we have accepted it.
After receiving an order, we may send an acknowledgement or confirmation electronically. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- an obvious pricing or product-description error has occurred;
- fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected;
- delivery to the requested location is unavailable; or
- fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount using an appropriate payment method.
We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account or order where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 5 — PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges will be shown where practicable before you complete checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or similar charges imposed by authorities in the destination country. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product purchase price.

SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes communicated on our website or during checkout.
Any delivery timeframe is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by matters outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather, transport disruption, public emergencies or other events.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Where an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent, to the extent permitted by law.
For international deliveries, the customer is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in the destination country.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
Requests relating to returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products, incorrect products or non-conforming goods should be made to us as soon as reasonably practicable.
We may request photographs, order information or other reasonable evidence to help us assess a request.
Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet rights that apply under applicable law, your statutory remedies remain unaffected.
Any additional return or refund conditions published on our website form part of these Terms.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for discretionary returns unless they are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise subject to a legal right of return or remedy.
SECTION 8 — PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS
Promotional codes, discounts, gifts, bundles and other offers may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of the offer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discounts cannot necessarily be combined;
- offers may be limited by product, customer, territory or duration; and
- we may withdraw or amend an offer where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section permits us to withdraw a benefit that a customer has already acquired where doing so would be unlawful.

The website and its contents, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product names, trademarks, educational material, diagrams, videos and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Micellar Cosmetics Pte Ltd unless otherwise stated.
This includes Micellar Cosmetics™ branding and associated product and technology names, including Green Micellar™ and other proprietary marks used on the website.
You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our protected content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing on the website grants any licence to use our trademarks, logos or other intellectual property except as expressly authorised.
SECTION 10 — REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND USER CONTENT
If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that material.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive or harmful.
Where you expressly provide content for publication or agree that we may use it, you grant Micellar Cosmetics a non-exclusive licence to reproduce, display, format and use that content for the purposes agreed with you, subject to applicable privacy and consumer laws.
We may moderate or remove user content where reasonably necessary.

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, social networks or other services.
Third-party services are operated independently of Micellar Cosmetics and may have their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent that responsibility cannot reasonably or lawfully be attributed to us.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our products and Services online.
Certain technical, transactional, payment, security and data-processing functions may therefore involve Shopify and its service providers.

We do not guarantee that every product will produce a particular cosmetic result for every user because individual responses, routines, environments and biological characteristics vary.
Singapore law includes implied protections concerning matters such as goods corresponding with their description and goods supplied in the course of business being of satisfactory quality.
SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Micellar Cosmetics Pte Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, these Terms do not exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Singapore's Unfair Contract Terms Act expressly prevents exclusion of liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence and subjects certain other limitations to a reasonableness requirement.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses reasonably incurred by Micellar Cosmetics as a direct result of your unlawful use of the Services, deliberate infringement of our rights or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for losses caused by our own negligence, breach or unlawful conduct.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If you are a consumer located outside Singapore, nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection available to you under laws that apply regardless of contractual choice of law.
