Daily Radiance Renew Serum™

Brighter-looking skinAHA and PHA renewal supports a fresher, more radiant surface appearance.
Smoother visible textureThe multi-acid system supports refinement of rough, uneven-looking skin.
Clearer-looking poresSalicylic acid provides complementary support for visible congestion and pore appearance.

How the two formats work together

This is a rotation system, not a layering system. Both products use the same multi-acid concept, but the Toner™ provides a lighter format while the Serum™ provides more concentrated renewal.

Toner evening

Lighter, broad multi-acid renewal on a planned lower-intensity evening.

1

Cleanse and dry fully

Use a mild cleanser, then allow the skin to dry completely.

2

Apply a thin toner layer

Use clean hands or a soft cotton pad. Apply over the face or selected areas, avoiding eyelids, lips and the immediate eye contour.

3

Follow with simple hydration

Use AquaLock Serum™, AquaLock HydraGel™ or another suitable non-exfoliating moisturiser if required.

Serum evening

More concentrated multi-acid care for targeted or planned full-face renewal.

1

Cleanse and dry fully

Keep cleansing mild and avoid scrubs, brushes or abrasive tools.

2

Apply a thin serum layer

Use only enough to create an even layer over the face or selected areas of dullness, roughness or congestion.

3

Support comfort

Follow with simple hydration where the skin feels dry or tight.

Do not apply the Toner™ and Serum™ in the same routine. They are alternative intensities within the same BHA, PHA and AHA system. Combining them creates unnecessary duplication and may reduce tolerance.

Gradual introduction schedule

Count both products as exfoliating treatments. The objective is consistent, comfortable renewal—not maximum weekly frequency.

Weeks 1–2

Two treatment evenings

Use the Toner™ once and the Serum™ once on non-consecutive evenings. Keep all other evenings hydration-only.

Weeks 3–4

Up to three evenings

If comfortable, use the Toner™ on two non-consecutive evenings and the Serum™ on one separate evening.

Ongoing use

Adjust to skin response

Maintain the lowest effective frequency. Reduce use if dryness, stinging, tightness or persistent flaking develops.

The multi-acid renewal system

Each hydroxy-acid family contributes a different cosmetic function.

BHA — Salicylic Acid

Supports clearer-looking pores and helps refine the appearance of congestion and uneven texture.

PHA — Lactobionic Acid + Gluconolactone

Provide surface-renewal, hydration and antioxidant-support functions within the broader system.

AHA — Lactic Acid

Supports visible radiance, smoother surface texture and a more refined-looking complexion.

Compatibility and precautions

Keep the routine narrow while introducing the multi-acid system. Daily sunscreen and deliberate rest evenings are essential parts of the regimen.

Recommended

  • Use only one Daily Radiance Renew™ format per treatment evening.
  • Apply to clean, completely dry skin.
  • Use mild cleansing and simple, non-exfoliating hydration.
  • Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning.
  • Patch test both formats before full-face use.
  • Stop temporarily and simplify the routine if irritation develops.

Avoid or use caution

  • Do not layer the Toner™ and Serum™.
  • Avoid other DermaClear acids, strong exfoliants, peels and abrasive scrubs on treatment evenings.
  • Use retinoids on different evenings during introduction.
  • Do not apply to wet, broken, irritated, recently shaved or recently exfoliated skin.
  • Stop use if persistent burning, marked redness, swelling or significant irritation occurs.

Frequently asked questions

Why use both formats if they cannot be layered?

The pair provides adjustable intensity across the week. The Toner™ is the lighter, diluted format for broad application, while the Serum™ provides a more concentrated renewal treatment on a separate evening.

Is the Toner™ a preparation step before the Serum™?

No. In this routine, the Toner™ is an active multi-acid treatment in its own right. Do not use it as a pre-serum step before Daily Radiance Renew Serum™.

Can I use either product every day?

Not initially. Begin with two total treatment evenings per week and increase only when the skin remains comfortable. Many users will not need daily exfoliation.

What should I use on rest evenings?

Cleanse gently, then use AquaLock Serum™, AquaLock HydraGel™ or another simple moisturiser when needed. Rest evenings support tolerance and consistency.

Can I use this routine with Q-Retinol Pro™?

Use retinol on different evenings, especially during introduction. Avoid building a routine with active treatments on every night.

How is this different from the DermaClear BHA Clarifying rotation?

The Daily Radiance Renew™ system combines BHA, PHA and AHA for broader radiance, surface-texture and pore support. The BHA Clarifying routine is more specifically centred on salicylic-acid clarifying care.
