1. Patch test before first use.
2. In the evening, cleanse the face and neck and allow the skin to dry.
3. Apply 2–3 drops in a thin, even layer, avoiding the eyes, eyelids, lips and corners of the nose.
4. Follow with AquaLock Serum™ or a simple moisturiser if additional hydration is needed.
5. Begin 2–3 non-consecutive evenings per week for two weeks.
6. If comfortable, increase gradually towards alternate-night or nightly use according to skin tolerance and the directions on the packaging.
7. Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen generously every morning.

Do not use extra product to accelerate results. Greater frequency or quantity may increase irritation without improving the cosmetic outcome.

When beginning, keep the rest of the routine simple and avoid introducing several active products at once.

PigmentFade Pro Serum™ may generally be paired with a mild cleanser, AquaLock Serum™, a simple non-exfoliating moisturiser and broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Because it already contains retinol and exfoliating acids, do not use it in the same routine with Q‑Retinol Pro™, another retinoid, a strong AHA/BHA/PHA exfoliant, exfoliating peel or benzoyl peroxide unless a qualified professional has advised otherwise. If using another active serum, alternate mornings/evenings or different days and introduce one change at a time.

Skin may feel smoother and appear more radiant before visible uneven-tone changes become apparent. Dark spots and uneven-looking pigmentation usually require sustained, consistent care together with diligent sun protection.

Mild transient dryness or tingling can occur when introducing a retinol-and-acid product. Burning, marked redness, swelling, blistering or persistent peeling is not an expected goal; stop use and seek professional advice if a significant reaction develops.

• Pause use until the skin feels normal.
• Use a mild cleanser and simple moisturiser while the barrier recovers.
• Reintroduce only once or twice weekly.
• Apply to fully dry skin and avoid sensitive facial creases.
• Do not combine with scrubs, peels or other retinoids.
• Discontinue if irritation persists or recurs.

Applying AquaLock Serum™ or a suitable moisturiser after PigmentFade Pro Serum™ may improve comfort without requiring additional active products.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Because this product contains retinol, do not use during pregnancy. If breastfeeding, trying to conceive, receiving treatment for pigmentation or using prescription skin medicines, seek advice from your healthcare professional before use.

Patch test

Apply a small amount behind the ear or along the jawline and observe for 24–48 hours. Do not proceed if marked redness, swelling, itching or persistent discomfort develops. A patch test cannot guarantee that irritation will not occur during continued use.

Is this a cleanser?

No. PigmentFade Pro Serum™ is a leave-on treatment serum. Apply it after cleansing and do not rinse it off.

Should I use it morning or evening?

Begin in the evening because the formula contains retinol and exfoliating acids. Use sunscreen every morning.

Can I apply it only to individual dark spots?

Apply a thin, even layer across the intended facial area unless the packaging directs otherwise. Uneven spot-only application can produce an inconsistent routine.

Can I use it every night?

Some users may progress to nightly use, but begin 2–3 evenings per week and increase only if the skin remains comfortable.

Can I use it with Q‑Retinol Pro™?

Do not use both in the same routine. Each contains retinol; choose one retinoid product or seek personalised professional guidance.

Can I use it with AquaLock Serum™?

Yes. Apply PigmentFade Pro Serum™ first, then AquaLock Serum™ where additional hydration is required.

Does it replace sunscreen?

No. Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen is an essential part of an even-tone routine.
