1. Apply in the evening to a clean scalp that is dry or gently towel-dried.
2. Use fingertips or a comb to create a part and expose the first priority area.
3. Using the dropper without touching the scalp, place a few small drops along the part.
4. Repeat across the hairline, temples, crown or other areas where intensive support is desired.
5. Use only enough to lightly cover the selected scalp areas; saturation is unnecessary.
6. Massage gently with clean fingertips for approximately 30–60 seconds.
7. Allow the serum to absorb and leave it on overnight. Do not rinse.

Follow the application directions on the product packaging. More product does not necessarily improve performance and may leave the roots feeling damp or coated.

Use once daily unless the product packaging directs otherwise. Evening or before-bed application is preferred because it allows careful, targeted application without competing with daytime styling products.

On wash days, apply after evening shampooing once the scalp has been towel-dried. Between wash days, apply only when the scalp is reasonably clean and free from heavy dry shampoo, oil or styling-product build-up.

Consistency is more important than applying a large quantity. Users who do not apply it daily should aim for regular use on several evenings each week.

“BioFerma” describes the ferment-centred formulation concept. Q10 BioFerma HairSerum™ uses ferment filtrates, lysates and other ferment-derived cosmetic ingredients selected to support conditioning, hydration and the appearance of healthier scalp and hair.

The product is not presented as containing live probiotic microorganisms or as medically rebalancing, restoring or treating the scalp microbiome.

The primary target is the scalp. Part the hair and apply directly to the skin around the hair roots, especially along the hairline, temples, visible part lines, crown or other priority areas.

Avoid dispensing most of the product onto the hair surface, where less of the serum will reach the intended application area. A small residual amount may contact the roots, but the formula is not intended to replace a rinse-off conditioner or hair mask.

Immediate benefits may include a hydrated, conditioned scalp and hair that feels smoother, more comfortable or better maintained. Changes in the visible quality of dry, stressed or fragile-looking hair require regular use and should be assessed over time.

Hair grows slowly and follows a natural cycle, so broader appearance changes should be assessed over sustained, consistent use rather than after only a few applications.

If scalp discomfort is persistent, severe or accompanied by marked scaling, inflammation or hair loss, seek advice from a doctor or dermatologist.

Q10 BioFerma HairSerum™ may be used with a mild shampoo, rinse-off conditioner and normal styling products. Evening application reduces interference with styling. Allow the serum to absorb before going to bed.

If using another concentrated scalp treatment, introduce products separately or use them at different times.

Avoid applying immediately after hair colouring, bleaching, chemical straightening, microneedling or procedures that leave the scalp sensitive. Follow the relevant professional aftercare instructions.

Patch test

Before first use, apply a small amount behind the ear or to a discreet area of the scalp and observe for 24–48 hours. Do not proceed if marked redness, swelling, itching or persistent discomfort develops. A patch test cannot guarantee that irritation will not occur during continued use.

Does it contain live probiotics?
