1. Apply in the evening to a clean scalp that is dry or gently towel-dried.
2. Use fingertips or a comb to create a part and expose the first priority area.
3. Using the dropper without touching the scalp, place a few small drops along the part.
4. Repeat across the hairline, temples, crown or other areas where focused support is desired.
5. Use only enough to lightly cover the selected scalp areas; saturation is unnecessary.
6. Massage gently with clean fingertips for approximately 30–60 seconds.
7. Allow the serum to absorb and leave it on overnight. Do not rinse.

On wash days, apply after evening shampooing once the scalp has been towel-dried. Between wash days, apply only when the scalp is reasonably clean and free from heavy dry shampoo, oil or styling-product build-up.

Consistency is more useful than applying a large quantity.

Choose HairSerum™ for more concentrated, dropper-controlled application to priority scalp areas. It is particularly suited to an evening or overnight routine.

Choose HairMist™ for a lighter, faster spray format across broader scalp areas. It is particularly convenient for morning or daytime application.

The two formats may be used within the same overall routine when desired: HairSerum™ for targeted evening treatment and HairMist™ for lighter daytime application. Using both is optional.

Immediate benefits may include a hydrated, conditioned scalp and hair that feels smoother or better maintained. Changes in the visible quality, resilience or fullness of fragile-looking hair require regular use and should be assessed over sustained, consistent use.

Hair appearance is influenced by the natural hair-growth cycle, grooming practices, scalp condition and routine consistency, so broader visible changes should not be judged after only a few applications.

Cosmetic scalp products cannot correct genetic, hormonal, nutritional or medical causes of hair loss. If shedding is sudden, patchy, severe or accompanied by pain, scaling or inflammation, seek advice from a doctor or dermatologist.

Q10 Fall-Defense HairSerum™ may be used with a mild shampoo, rinse-off conditioner and normal styling products. Evening application reduces interference with styling. Allow the serum to absorb before going to bed.

Q10 Fall-Defense HairMist™ may be used during the morning or daytime as the lighter format. Avoid over-saturating the scalp when both formats are used within the same day.

If using another concentrated scalp treatment, introduce the products separately or use them at different times. Avoid applying immediately after hair colouring, bleaching, chemical straightening, microneedling or other procedures that leave the scalp sensitive; follow the relevant professional aftercare instructions.

Patch test

Before first use, apply a small amount behind the ear or to a discreet area of the scalp and observe for 24–48 hours. Do not proceed if marked redness, swelling, itching or persistent discomfort develops. A patch test cannot guarantee that irritation will not occur during continued use.

Do I rinse it out?

No. It is designed as an intensive leave-on scalp serum. Apply in the evening and leave it on overnight.

Can I apply it to wet hair?

Apply to a towel-dried scalp rather than dripping-wet hair. It may also be used on a clean, dry scalp before bed.

Will it make my hair oily?

It is a lightweight micellar serum rather than a heavy scalp oil. Apply sparingly and directly to selected scalp areas. If the roots feel coated, reduce the amount.

Can I use it every night?

Follow the frequency directions on the product packaging and adjust according to scalp comfort.

Can it stop hair loss or regrow hair?
